I have been on the depo shot fora total of 9 years (off for 11 months because I wanted a baby. He is now three. So for the past three months I have been on the shot again. My breast are heavy and I am getting a little bit of milk. ( I stoped nursing my son at 6months). I had a horible yeast infection a few wks ago. I almost feel like I am pregnant!!!!!! I have not had my period at all!!!! Never did on the shot until I went off it to get pregnent. What the heck?????? Sound farmiliar to anybody?
( I had my last shot 2 months ago )

well.. since u started it again, ur period wont come.. mine never did.
If your son is three, may i ask why you decided to wait so long after he was born to start it up again?

when u lactate while not pregnant, its called galactorrhoea, and depo is famous for causing it.. its coming from the fact that ur body isnt having periods.. so it sorta thinks ur prego when u arent. Make sense?

I am sorry I put that in wrong. I have been on the shot for three years. I got right back on it when he was born three years ago. I had my last shot 2 months ago and due for my next one in December. I love the shot !!!! I had my first baby 10 years ago. ( no thanks to the pill ) after her I went on the shot, When she turned seven I wanted to have another baby. I got pregnent within a few months. Had my son then went back on it. I never got my period during the long nine years of depo. THATS Great!! but my breasts I dont get it? why milk now? Why so freaking big???

im not too sure... only thing i can suggest is to call ur gyno and tell them whats going on.. allthough highly unlikely, but is pregnancy a possibility? (meaning are you sexually active.)

I called the nurse tonight. I am going in for a prego-test at 8:00 am. Then I guess we will just see what happens. She said the most scary thing though, She said " some times pharmasutical drugs/companies make mistakes." OOPS!!!!! ( never thought of that one ) HOw the heck do you spell that??????? Pharmasutical???????? I missed that day in class!!!!!!!

I went to the doctor today and only had blood work done ( not the OB ) I am not Pregnant. Wow, I realy thoughtr I would be. I know the chances are slim to none but god you never know. Anyways, I have always been told that if you work with the same women long enough that you will all start to mimic each others periods. Well, I dont get my period, I work with 2 pregnent women and I think that maybe just maybe I might be responding to their hormones??????? What the heck.

The nurse told me it might be time to get off the depo. I dont know about that! I like it except for the past to wks with my big breasts. But anyways she said that working with the pregos is not helping.

I dodnt know you guys, but I can tell you this...... I feel kind of sad that I am not pregnant. In some small way I want another baby. I felt kind of disapoined when it came back negative.
