depends where the bumps are, are they on the vagina (the lip) or the penus? An STD doctor told me that usually HPV genital warts and herpes are on the actual sex organ. Like if it is on the thigh or where the hair is it may be just bumps. U should see a doctor immediatly before they go away so u can be diagnosed.

You can get herpes or genital warts on your legs as well as on the actual organs. The only way to know what it is is to go to the doctor

Ask for a blood test from the doctor. A culture could come up negative if you have herpes. The blood test will tell you for sure..
