Stiff neck in the sense of the muscles? Aching? Can you better describe this symptom?

hi, about 2 months ago i came down with a serious sore throat, it was pretty much the worst ive ever had! it last for about 3 days and went away then a week later it returned and lasted for about the same time. Now 2 months later i havent had a sore throat BUT i have had this uncomfortable feeling inside my throat, one day its on the left and the next day its on the right and my neck is kinda swollen on the left side it feels a bit swollen compared to the right side which appears to be fine. Ive taken a throat swab which came back normal, no sign of any bacteria and blood test came back really normal. Except for the fact that it showed i PREVIOUSLY had the EBV virus but its no longer in my system anymore. My doctor just told me its a viral infection...

I just dont know. Everyday i cant help but wonder if its something more serious...???

Hi, I have had sinus problems on and off, this last time my neck muscles are extremely sore and it is not the lymph nodes. My suggestion to you would be to build up your immune system. Take probiotics, Ester C and definately try eating healthy, more fresh veggies and raw fruits. Good Luck!!

My neck is stiff, stiff, very sore....my throat hurts, my glands are swollen in my neck, I have pus pockets in my throat...help, whats wrong?? My daughter had a bad sinus infection last week....could that be it??
