Hello everyone!
Okay... I was supposed to get my period last Wednesday, November 21st. My fiance and I had sex on the 20th. We used a condom and it didn't break, nothing out of the ordinary happened, but I haven't gotten my period yet. I'm officially seven days late, which really really never happens to me.
When can I test? I read somewhere that you can begin testing seven days after you think you conceived. I don't think I can go by how late my period is, since the only time we had sex last month was the day before it happened. (We live far apart, for now.)
What should I do? I don't want to wait too much longer to find out!

I doubt you are pregnant. You can test 14 days after the sexual contact.

Good luck.

If the 2oth was your only umprotected sexual encounter then I *know* you are not pregnant. You can test 5 days prior to your period but you had sex the day prior so do the math! gl though

She doesn't. She's going off the assumption that this particular cycle of sweetpea0405 was a normal one, with ovulation 14 days before her period was due. However, since her period hasn't come yet, clearly she didn't ovulate 14 days before the 21st. She must have ovulated later. She could even have ovulated on the 20th; we don't know. She may not have ovulated at all, which is why she doesn't have a period yet.

Still, the condom didn't break so even if she was ovulating I don't think she's pregnant.

As others have said, you actually need to wait 14 days past the day of sex to test.
