i do yoga regularly, which is supposed to keep you in fit..but lately i've actually been eating alot. so i swore off junk food, like chips brownies cake anything greasy or fried, for the sake of my health and shedding a few pounds..but today, i wieghed myself and i weight 137, i'm only 5'2. which is bad..but worse, my body fat percentage is 31.2 and my bmi is 24.7..i need some help, even though i'm eating healthier, how can i stop eating as much without feeling disgustingly hungry soon afterwards?
