How do you know when your normal period will start if you've just come off BCP that you've been on for several months? Is it the same as the withdrawal bleeding during your placebo week of pills?

You will have your last withdrawal bleeding from your pack at the normal/same time (with the placebo pills). After that, the next time that you bleed is your first period. For some this could be in a normal 28 days, but for others it could be much later or earlier since your body was so used to relying on the pills to control the bleeding.

Or it could be much later!! Many women wait a few months before getting a period off of birth control Smile Your normal placebo week period will be regular, but after that it make take a few months.
