Bad breath can often be the first sign of a disease. But how do doctors define bad breath and what are the major causes of bad breath?...
Did you know that bad breath can be associated with sinus problems? Learn more about the common (and unfamiliar) causes of bad breath here....

So, I got braces abotu a month ago, and today I was eating Doritos (chips), when I noticed a little silverr thing come out of my mouth. I looked at the back, and it happened to be a brace COMPLETELY fall off. But it was normal, becasue the orhtodontist just put it there so It would look normal, I guess because there's no wire attached to it. It's just plainly on the tooth.
I wondered if this could screw up my braces, or do you think it doesn't really matter?

Thanks in advance (:

You'll need to go back to your orthodontist adn have it replaced.

since you are at the beginning it should be ok--but you should get in and have it fixed as soon as possible.

have it fixed by the dentist. this is just the start of the treatment with no wire attached, so it shouldnt be a problem. the glue (i think its the glue?) must have come off. your dentist should probably chk braces on all other teeth as well... Smile

Yah
hi,
what kind of braces do u have? I have smartclip (for about 2 yrs so far), but i would definitely call. My dentist and probably all others says to break apart the chips into small pieces, it got really annoyin for me. But it eventually became a habit. Do any of you have advice on how to stop/reduce pain from having bands?? I've got them from my canine to back and have to wear them for about 4 weeks (at the very minimum). 4 weeks from now is my next appointment and i've only had the bands on for 1 day and they are kill.
Thanks,
preciouschild
