Mike and I use KY about 5-10% of the time we have sex. We use it when I am not wet enough, or if he is lasting a longer time than usual and I start to feel the friction.

I don't need to use lube because I am extremely lubricated by nature. However, many women are not. They end up on here complaining of burning vaginas and pain during sex. The answer is often to use lube!

I think lube is a wonderful thing!

silicone based lubes are best IMO. Sometimes we use it even when we don't need to. It creates a different kind of sensation. The bad thing about silicone based tho... cant use it with condoms, cant use it with silicone based toys and not as easy to clean up. The plus of it... last longer and feels smoother.
