Her birthday was a hysterical maniacal blast. Imagine 6 grown ups, on crack, then shrunk down to 3 feet tall, and played at 2X speed. Talk about short attention span theatre! I decorated with sarongs in the windows, palm trees on the front door, flowers and leis, Lots of festive decor. The kids all had hawaiian skirts and leis to wear. I did punch with frozen pineapple rings for ice. It was really pretty. We had hawaiian music and a real hula dancer. Hannah was funny. She kept getting up and dancing with the hula dancer-it was so funy! The cake was a chocolate sheet cake with a small blue "lagoon" Palm trees and wo lawn chairs made out of Now N Later candy. I toopped the whole thing with coconut dyed green. I will try to load a pic of that. It was fun, but cery stressful and loud. We had a hula hoop contest, pass the coconut game, and pin the coconuts to the palm tree game. Lots of fun! Geneva opened the ridiculous "doodle pony" I got her and she actually screamed she was so happy. I swear she had tears in her eyes. She has wanted one of those dumb things forever. Anyway when everybody left I ended up with a horrible panic attack, so I was up for an hour and a half and finally took something. I laid there shaking for about a half hour and then fell asleep. I took another ativan this morning because i wasn't about to go through that again. Why did I have a panic attack? I couldn't tell ya.
