tested positive - had some bleeding - seem ok now Posted: 11-26-07 12:51pm
I am definetly going to see a doctor about
this I just wanted to ask if anyone has
experienced something similer.
Last week, I tested positive. I'd had
pregnancy symptoms a few days before I
tested, and when I missed my period I
tested. Two days later(Thursday) I started
having brown discharge which turned to
heavy red blood by Friday. I assumed I was
miscarrying. But by Saturday afternoon
everything had stopped. I haven't bled
since, haven't passed any clots, not
cramping. I don't feel pregnant now but my
temps are still up.

i would go see a doctor
if it was a mc then the reason you got a +
test was because the hormones would have
still been in your system

You could have had a miscarriage. Hormones
remain in your system for a while and thus
the +.

checked out by a doctor pronto

I bled at a few weeks and again at ten
weeks. Enough to fill a pad. I had an
ultrasound and I had unexplainable blood
pooled in my uterus and was told I had a
fifty percent chance of miscarriage. The
doctor said no sex until it seemed as
though all was okay. I carried him to
thirty five weeks, he was five weeks early
but totally healthy. Bleeding isn't always
doom and gloom, but it usually means that
something isn't quite right if it is a
good amount. Get to a doctor and find out
what is going on. I hope everything is
fine. Take care.
