Q: Problems With Foreskin And Repeted Tearing

Several months ago my fiancee and I were having sex on the spur of the moment during her period and I forget to let her take her tampon out. As a result I ripped my foreskin (or more accurately my frenelum or whatever the piece of skin that attaches the foreskin to the glans is called) a good 3/8 or so of an inch. Since then almost everytime we have sex the now exposed skin directly beneath the "v" on the glans tears a little bit. There is considerable pain when first having intercourse but the pain goes away fairly quickly until after we're finished, then cleaning my penis or retracting the foreskin becomes very painful until the new tear heals. This is very difficult for both of us to deal with as she feels shes tearing me to pieces. Two other things that may or may not be relavent; Her vagina has a curve to it and is not your typical straight shot. I only seem to tear when having intercourse with her from behind.

I don't want to have to get circumsized and don't even know if that is an option at this point any way. What can I do to keep this from happening? Extra lubrication? I'm at loss as to what to do.

Don't have sex until it heals properly. This might take awhile, but it'll be worth it once it heals... there's less of a chance you'll keep tearing it. I doubt circumcision is in order.

hey dont mean to but in but i ripped mine about two months ago, went to the doctors, and he said that it would heal on its own. I am 18 and uncircumcised btw. However it ripped again and is taking its time to heal, but its difficult not to have sex when its almost healed coz my girlfriend has needs lol. Neways if i were you go to your Gp like i did and they will tell u whether you need this special painless operation. Its really nt a big problem as a couple of my mates have suffered from it. Mine goes tighter whilst having sex from behind, my best advice, is let it heal, then try extra lubrication, even wear a condom, if you dont normally, but put it on with your forskin up, this will be a lot nicer for you, as you can relax, (BTW it will come down whilst you are having sex, but gentler and with less preassure).

tearing of the skin on the penis
All of these posting make me feel better about our little "problem". He is a 40 year old, circumcised viral man. The tearing is very minute but it does happen now more often than not. It seems to heal by the next day, yet I still feel guilty about having intercourse know that it will probably tear again. The lubricant idea we will try for sure. I am getting older and perhaps I am not producing as much natural lubrication as I thought. Let me know if there is anything else anyone might find out.
