The reason I have lived with it for so long is because I was told by friends and family in the medical profession that nothing was really wrong. They just suggested it might be allergies and to take steroids or antihistamines. I figured it was temporary and so ignored it.. then forgot about it for a few years or so. Chalk it up to more imminent issues or forgetfulness..
Anyways to my question. Should I have the surgery? How effective will it be? Most people on this forum who had nasal polyps complained of headaches, dizziness, and/or coughing. If my only issue is its annoying blockage of one side of my nose should I seek surgery or ride it out with some drugs?
Extra Info:
During a nosebleed as a kid, I blew it out.
It moves according to where my head is tilted.
It frees both nasal passages whenever I run/excercise for long time.
I don't think I have CF.
