The other day I was playing paintball all day and "held it in" for about 5 hours before I urinated.

Well its been about 36 hours and I'm getting some pain from my lower abdomen section, sharp shooting pain.

Could this be an infection or did i just strain my bladder too much and its sore? Anyone experienced something like this before? Should I see a Doctor? Thanks!
