Active User, very eHealthy
Last week, after helping harvest my olives, I came back into the house and did some ironing. My iron fell off and I actually lurched over to keep it from hitting the carpeting. I felt a really bad pain and heard a "popping sound". I tried to be careful and only after a few days, went back into the vineyard and again I felt this really bad pain.

Is it possible to throw out your hip like that?

It has not given me any more grief but I am trying to be careful.

Thanks.

Roberta
