Q: White Spots On Glands of Foreskin - Help?

Hi guys

i have just noticed yesterday that I have two groups of small white spots on the glands of my foreskin. I can only see these spots when I pull back my skin.

At first I thought they might be genital warts - but after seeing pictures of those on the web, I am 110% sure they are not warts. I have read a few posts on here and thought I might have balanitis, which sounds a little like what I have.

Ive no bad smell, no pain and a little red-ness around my foreskin - might be because I keep checking it!!!

Can anyone give me an idea as to what I might have???

I would really appreciate it.

Thanks, sam
