Q: Pain and hard object / internal sensation in penis

From one month back a hard things is feeling inside of my panise at left side. While penise is getting strength some pain is felt. kindly advise

It is hard to diagnose any pains or cause of pain in the penis without a physical examination at least. You can request an exam from a urologist and follow up with this specialist.
