Q: Going Off the Pill

My husband and I decided that we are going to go off the pill. The only thing that I am fearing is that when I am not on the pill I get terrible cramps at my time of af. Does anyone have any advise on what to do to get through this?

Thanks

There are many pms medicines that help with cramps. Get something over the counter, or talk to your doctor.
