Q: Quick Question About Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo....

I started taking my pills five months ago, and I haven't missed a pill yet, but the past few days I've had a light period. And I'm not supposed to start for another three or four days.
They said the spotting should go through only the first three months (I never had any spotting) Except until this past week, and now, like I said, I've began a light period early.
I'm just curious if there is anything wrong with that, anything I should be worried about at all. Any help would be great. Thanks.

It's just spotting. Bleeding on the pills is NOT a sign of pregnancy.

Spotting is completely normal. It just happens sometimes. I'm on ortho tri cyclen lo too, and I never had spotting until randomly in the 9th or 10th month or so, I had spotting. The next few months after that I was back to normal with no spotting. It just happened. I still took my pills on time and all. I wouldn't worry about it. Smile
