Rash On My Neck

sorry if ive posted this in the wrong place but i dont really know what ive got and just wanted to see if i could get any info on it, so thanks for any help you can provide.

okay so i went to a party a couple days ago and cut a long story short, in the next few days i started getting rashes on my neck, weird bubbles on the back of my neck that pop, a scab on my ear and a lump in my neck with a tiny lump near it i know it probably sounds a bit wierd but its freeking me out a bit.. I was wondering if all this could be a reaction to the achohol or something.
I know i should go see a doctor but im scared. so any help please!
