i seemed to have broke my penis while having sex. i heard/felt a pop sound when she was on top of me and when i pulled out blood came out. now it is really swollen and i don't want to have to go to the ER. there is no pain yet the swelling has not done down in like an hour..what do i do can anyone help?...i have heard of this happening before and i would also like to know if this will get better on its own?

yeah but just a little blood came out right then..nothing has came out again exceptjust a little when i went to the bathroom..

Go to the ER. You need medicine to get the swelling down and you need a doctor to examine it to make sure nothing is permanently damaged. There are no bones in a boner, but there are some stiff tissues, ligaments and tendons that can snap.

Yeah you should definetely go to the doctor. If you want to know more about it you can go to youtube and search for "penis break" and watch the first video. It actually happends more than you think.

You could have broken a blood vessel or torn something. If you leave it for too long, your penis can not only be permanently damaged, but it can curve in all sorts of inconvenient directions... seriously.
