My son is nearly 3 1/2 months old and I'm planning on starting baby food within the next few months. And I want to make the vegetables myself. I'm just not sure how to go about doing it. Have any of you done this and how did you do it??

Take any vegetable and steam it or boil it . Then I usually let them cool once there fully cooked. Throw them in the blender and then into the ice tray. Same goes for fruits steam them or boil and use the water of the frutis and veggies to puree it ...except for carrots..never use the water from the carrots.

oh and some fruits like bananas you dont need to cook ..lol obviously.
