everything i eat i feel the need to work it out by exercising , especially if i have something sugary or takeaway foods. is 20 minute walk a day enough to maintain my normal weight which is 103 lbs or do i have to do more ? i have takeaways once a week and sugary treats sometimes 3 times a week .i think it is important to stay fit and healthy.

I think you're fine. Staying healthy is good and everything but small sugary treats is good too. The only thing anyone needs to keep in mind when they eat snacks is moderation.

Well, I really don't think there's anything wrong with snacks every now and then-- don't feel the need to work out after every single snack! Treat yourself every once in awhile. Smile

yea i know, i dont have to work out after every snack , i'm being silly, but u know everyone wants to be slim and attractive for their partner and of course themselves. But you're right, moderation is the key. Although i am currently looking into purchasing a treadmill, i heard it gives a total body workout. And i can use it in the comfort of my own home. And i don't have to over do it , maybe 3 times a week or so. i think it is a good investment.

hehe dear, I think you are plenty slim. You should try pillates or yoga! You don't have to buy anything other than maybe a ball for pillates and thats only around ten dollars. Its really good for toning-- which I think is sexy more than just being thin.

I'm doing yoga right now because I wanted to try something new. It's a little out there for me but it's a lot of fun. Who knows, maybe you'd love it?
