Hi. this will look like very werid thingy but yeah umm see my penis, when i peel the foreskin back over the head till its fully exposed, both erect and non erect there is a white crust around the rim of the head.

Now this is well, the wierd part...my foreskin didn't peel back enough to uncover the head of my penis, or actually didnt peel back more than it took to show the tip of my penis and a half inch radius around or more (i'm bad at math) till about a YEAR ago. After that, I could, but I never really had to...consideirng I masturbated all my life (I'm 21 now) without peeling the foreskin to uncover my head...

So NOW there comes a situation, where I have to. I never really thought of it as a problem till about recently till the possiblity of sex on a regular basis became a possiblity...(and will be a reality very soon...) and well I've seen the porn and the penis's there they're all well, the head is fully exposed and all...its clean, though...my penis has a white grainy (no the head of the penis or even the color of the skin isn't anything abnormal...although the head is very well baby pink....its just coated with white grainy stuff and right at the rim its crusted with white covering.

The head of my penis is very sensitive, I mean...I don't mean in a "ooohhh God way"...lol. Not in a hurtful way either, its just sensitive...but not to a level I think it would be normal (I never see the face of a guy CRINGE in a BAD way when in a porn video there is a tongue on his head,)...well, I don't know, exactly...

I've never had my penis more than well...just masturbated by hand.

But ah yes, the PROBLEM...is the crust and the sensitiveness...

WHAT HAVE I TRIED?

Well, I peeled my foreskin back, full, first non erect, and dipped my penis into lukewarm water (the hottest I could make it without it feeling well...too raw/sensitive or a mix of the two) and swirled it around...well, i suppose the loose grains come off or whatever, i dont really think so

then i masturbated till i was erect and peeled the foreskin back and there was this crust of white still there, some of it, i mean (0.50 % yes, there is a zero in front of the decimal) of it came off i mean it can come off but then it feel like im pulling on skin itself when it comes to removing that crust.

I swirled it around in the water for a while, nothing...white crust still there...will be in a position where this willl be a problem, so to speak...(lol) in 6 days.

I cant go see a doctor here and i cant talk about it to my parents I am newly 21.

Help, please.

Hi.
It's called smegma and it's completely normal. It happens when dead skin cells/moisture/other stuff gets under your foreskin and stays there. It probably has an interesting odour too, doesn't it?

In any case, not to worry. Try using soap and water, and actually using your hands to get the stuff off. It might be uncomfortable, but it's the best way to get rid of it. Also, cleaning it this way on a daily basis will help prevent it.

Its Happened To Me!

With only being able to uncover your head until recently, the same happened to me. Some men are just born with their foreskin attached to the crown bit of the head of the penis. This happened to me and i didn't notice until i watched porn that mine was different.

But good job you masturbated (like we all do) as that pulled the skin back allowing it to break from the crown. mine gradually came off around my crown until one day it went. But yeah it does happen to a few men.

With the weird white things, that happened to me, but its only because the dead semen and sperm cells where trapped there and stayed there for ages, with no real way of decomposing. This happened to me and i noticed the day it came undone, but i knew what it was and just washed for ages in warm soapy water, which stung but was worth it. I knew about what it was as i'd visited a doctor when i was a child because my parents noticed (how embarrassing, but i was like 5 and vaguely recall it).

Im now 17 and i think my penis became normal when i was 15 or something. But it meant i was less confident with girls as i thought i wasn't normal. Now i am and have a girlfriend, however because of this past incidents i have slight erectile dysfunction at times but I'm slowly getting over it.

If you have this skin condition where your skin is attached to the crown of your penis I would advise what my doctor said and that would be to pull back your foreskin for about 5 minutes in a warm/hot bath daily as it loosens up the skin and makes it easier to pull apart.

This process took me about a year when I actually put it into practice, as when i was a kid i didn't really give a rats ass. Also masturbation helps as well but it helps to do it gently and to clear up well afterwards to avoid it dribbling underneath the crown where it cannot be reached as dead cells will form and it will smell.

I remember going to the doctors as a kid like you...that was embarassing. Im 14 an i cant pull the foreskin all the way back but i didnt do what my doctor told me to do when i was younger which is what this guy said about pulling it back in a bath. Any help? Cos i dont know whats stopping it...its tight too.

lol this sounds so familiar i just notice this white stuff in my penis like two days around and i was freaking out cuz that never happened to me b4 but reading this i feel better i wont think it was excess cum tho cuz i haven't had sex in like 2 days so yea i was freaking out but about wat asderteeni sayd to make ur penis loose of course do wat the guys doctor sayd but just having sex dose it 4 u it pull it back 4 u so no prob

What happens if you don't remove it? Does it eat away your penis or something because when I removed some, there seemed to be some spaces where those crusts were.
