Q: Narrow Troat - tight and hard to breathe

well i woke up one day and couldnt breathe properly my troat seems tight and hard to breathe in but not out dosent hurt and no pains i work as a mechanic so could be something i breathed in but has anybody been through this and knows what it is

please get back to me this is really bothering me
