Can't anyone tell me how to deal with this, this week hasn't been good to me. First my car met with an accident the other driver tried to beat the traffic light, although the driver is paying for the damages, I was fuming mad and shouted at him for doing that then he counter shouted at me (he don't want to claim insurance for it because his new licence will be revoke). My husband sided him! Then when we decide to rent my sisters car she then took it out on my children when we went to my parent's place by saying 'You don't watch the tv here, ask your mother to get you one'! Then she off the tv which her husband turn on, then when my son tell her autistic chid not to play with the umbrella she told him 'She is my daughter I know how to take care of her'! Am I being too much for being mad, afterall I am a human too!

Don't sweat the little things....save your frustration and anger for important issues. No one was hurt in the accident, and your child will definately get over having a tv turned off and being yelled at. Let it go....life's too short.

It sounds like you had a rough week. You need to step back and take a deep breath. Life goes on. It may seem like a big deal now, but in weeks you will look back and laugh about it. Do some things that make you happy to relieve the stress a bit. Sip some tea, take a bath, and relax. Keep in mind the important things in life and know that even though its frustrating, this will blow over.

I Am Fuming Mad
Thank you all for replying to my post yeah it did take me back for a while but then after a short shopping trip to the neighbouring country capital I am okay, anyway thanks guys and the news that I got when I was there my brother in law cried and said that "why is your heart so 'black' that's your own niece and newphews" to my sister. It did touch me when I heard about it. Thank you again.

Your sister's reaction troubles most about your post. I have chosen not to comment on your husband's position regarding the car accident.

What bothers me is your sister's reaction to the situation. If she didn't want to let you use her car, a simple no would have been sufficient. After all, it is her car. For your sister to take out her dissatisfaction with you on your children, that is just down right wrong.

I would call her on it. She is your sister; therefore, she should be able to be honest with you about her feelings and vice versa.

I found your sister's behavior immature and insensitive, and she needs to be told that.
