im amy and im 14 iv had a lot of troubles and i cant speak to anyone well 4 years ago my dad beat my mum up and i tried to commit scuiced and i still feel like doing it my mum and dad are split up and he wont leave me alone im on the edge with him so please help me Sad

Do you have anyone at school you can talk to? A teacher you trust? A counsellor, maybe?

My parents are split up as well. It really sucked when it happened, but I realised that it was better for ME that they were apart. Life got way better after that. It took awhile, but it definitely got better!

And why won't your dad leave you alone? Can you talk to your mom about it?

I Understand exactly how you feel ive triedt to commit sucide my step dad beat me and my mum i sufferd abuse for use mental abuse aswell ! its terrible !
now i have a great deal of anxiety chest pains and other anxiety issues you need to sort it now cause you will turn out to have no self respect and be a nervouse person if you would like to chat with me as i have been therough the same then your more than welcome okay

Hmmmm. This sounds serious. Maybe try talking to a school counsellor or sumthin. I had some personal problems and dats wut I did. Talking helps you let your confused feelings out and also counsellors are probably some of the only ppl who will go out of their way to get outside help if the situation gets serious. I'm 16.
