Hypoglycemic Thanksgiving!

I was really hoping to give you guys a nice list of recipes you can make, but I never did. However, I will be posting pictures showing my spread, most of which you will be surprised by. Mashed potatoes not possible? Fools! Mashed cauliflower? Pumpkin pie? How? Simple! Almond flour or crushed pecans for the crust, followed by all the ingredients, switching sugar for xylitol! Cranberry sauce? You can make it yourself! Whipped cream? Please! Talk about easy. The thing is, you can have almost anything, making it just as it tastes. I was quite surprised with some of these myself until I experimented and made them. Sorry I didn't have a chance to post anything, but I guess the main thing is to see how the feast effects my body! I'll let you know and post pictures later.
