Q: Nuvaring causing dark brown period ?

I have bee on Nuvaring for almost 3 months now.Well everytime I get my period the blood is dark brown sorry for being graphic.Is this normal? I mean I have cramps like im on my period.

Extremely eHealthy

That is 100% normal.

Menstrual bleeding can range from light brown, to almost BLACK in color, all is considered normal.
