Q: Sleeping With Ear Plugs Normal?

I sleep with earplugs. And I cannot sleep without them. I also wear a blind fold to shut out any light. Are these normal sleeping behaviours? Why am I so hyper-sensitive to sounds and light when I fall asleep?

Extremely eHealthy
Have you noticed that you are more sensitive to your environment and your own "skin", also during the day?
Is your sleep frail and you can't maintain a good sleep?
Are you surrounded by a steady stream of noise or it occurs in sudden peaks?
