Yay! I'm full-term today!
I feel like I'm dropping some lately, but
I don't see much change in the pictures
from last week.
Here's 36 weeks:
Here are my 37 week belly pics:
OK, baby Tessa, you can come any day now!
I am SOO done being pregnant! There's a
full moon coming Nov. 24. I'd be so ready
to go into labor then. Does anyone know
if there's any truth to that old wives
tale behind more women going into labor
with a storm (we're due for rain &
thunderstorms today) or a full moon?

yes I have heard that it is true. Never
had any exerience with it though. I saw a
midwife show on the discovery chanel and
she was talking about the earths pull
during a full moon and how it affects
labor and even menstrual cycles.

There was a full moon about 2 weeks before
my due date; I didn't deliver until 2 days
before my due date. Didn't help me out!!

My sister works in L&D and she says
the full moon does make a difference.
They are usually insanely busy just before
and during the full moon.
You look great btw

Do you have any stretch marks? I don't see
any? I hated it when i got to 37 weeks
because then i knew she could come any day
but she didn't, that was frustrating. You
look amazing btw

No, I don't have any stretch marks on my
belly that I can see and I've looked
carefully in the mirror. I think it's
because my belly grew so slowly and I
haven't gained too much weight w/
pregnancy (17 lb.). I am prone to them
though. I have old ones on my boobs
thanks to birth control pills inflating
them so much and on my thighs from rapid
weight loss/gain with an eating disorder
when I was in college.
Yes, I hate feeling that I could go any
time now or it could be as much as a month
yet if I go overdue...Every little thing
that happens, I overanalyze it

Ah your belly is so cute! I can't believe
you're already full term!!
I didn't remember about the full moon
thing...wonder if it's true or not! I just
know that the weather is supposed to be
hella crappy this week out here!
Good luck and hang in there! You're almost
done!
