I am having the same problem but I can only cum when I am getting oral by the right person. At first I couldnt cum at all. Now its back to nothing. I would know cause it would be cum every where but I'll also be sad cause I didnt even notice a thing. Unfortunately this is a trick others can't teach you. You need to learn how to work with your body to reach that point without clitoral stimulation. Most women who were in your position learned to orgasm vaginally by themselves, usually with a dildo before being able to accomplish it with their partner.
