I've been struggling with Anorexia and Bulimia for around two year now. It started with Anorexia. I just decided to stop eating. My friends noticed, so they would force me to eat. Well for a while I would get sick after eating because my body wasn't used to having food inside of me. Then for a couple weeks or so, I was fine. I was well and not getting sick at all. Something happen to me and brought a great deal of stress to me.
I started throwing up more and more until the point where I was really sick and to be honest, I really scared myself.
I've somewhat learned to deal with that stress now and it's not that great of an issue anymore.
But, I want to lose weight and I have started throwing up again. I can't stop completely, I've tried many times and just don't want to.

Will being Bulimic help me lose weight?

Hello,
No, in a long run bulimics gain weight, indeed.
It is hard to loose weight by a balanced diet. but this is the only right way. I ve had a temptation to start fasting to loose few pounds, but the next day changed my mind. As long as u get used to eating in modertion u get more and more resistent to anorexia or bulimia.

good luck, smile to ur image in the mirrow and do ur best in life

I wish the balanced diet was as easy as purging, but of course, like a lot of worthwhile things, it's hard work. Do you have someone to talk to about the stress, you didn't say how you're dealing with it, but I'm curious. Hang in there.

Sorry I haven't replied. I haven't had access to the internet.

I have friends I can talk to about some of my stress...but other than that, no.

Well right now, I'm eating pretty normally, and for the most part, not throwing it up. Although sometimes, when I'm to my extreme, I get sick.

I guess you could say I'm doing better....but not really.
I've picked up more addictions that are not in any way, healthy.

I just don't know what to do anymore though....

You are hurting yourself too much, making irreversible damage to your organism. So you must stop. You must have the will. Don't hesitate in contacting me (PM).

I know I'm slowly killing myself. But I can't stop on my own. I've asked my parents for help....
But that didn't work out.

I'm lost on what I should do.
I mean...
I am doing a million times better than say, a year ago. But every couple of weeks I get this attitude like I just don't give a damn about it anymore. And then I start again.
