I would just like to know whether I should be worried. I have been experiencing light pains in my right lower abdominal. Should I go and see a doctor or not.

If you have an intense pain in the right lower abdomen, nausea, or fever then yes. This could indicate appendicitis. Light pains without fever or other symptoms is unlikely to be appendicitis. Ifyou are female the pains could be occuring at certain times in your cycle due to the functioning ovaries.
