Any tips on how to gain weight? I am a little over seven months pregnant and have been losing weight instead of gaining weight. I haven't been vomiting and have been eating just fine. My doctor has told me that if I keep dropping weight I am going to end up on first at home bedrest and then if that doesn't help, hospitalized bedrest. If I can avoid that I would much rather do so. So any tips or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

All weight is in relation to calories in vs calories out. You may be thinking you are eating enough, but you obviously could eat more calories and be fine. Eat healthy foods every 3 hours.

Eat a half of a peanut butter sandwich after every meal. That will pack on some weight.
