This morning I went to the doctor to give blood, I had to fast before doing it, I got in around 10:30 am when they started taking my blood I fainted, when I finally came to (which was in seconds) I was ok, I actually felt great, I went home and ate food to get my body energerized, then I started feeling crappy again, and now I have a major headache.. is this normal because I fainted and it just took a toll on my body (I didnt fall to the floor or anything so I didn't hit my head) or should I call a doctor? I'm really nervous.

Please help asap. Sad

Determining the cause of fainting is always important because some causes are more serious than others, but majority of cases are much less worrisome.
I don't think you should worry at all.

Are you experiencing this for the first time?
Did the fainting begin gradually with warning symptoms (dizziness or light-headedness) and also disappears gradually?
Were other symptoms preceding the fainting moment (nausea, weakness, yawning, blurring of vision, and sweating)?
