Since i can remember my period has been
different from everyone elses...
I don't cramp at all and it doesn't last
that long
which thank god for that
but there are months that I never have one
and i skip....
For example, this month...I've skipped and
it was suppose to be on the 8th but it is
now the 20th and ive been partially
blaming weather changes and my new
workout.
Is there anything that can explain the
random misses.
I know I can't be pregnant so that is not
one.

How old are you?
I used to never get ANYTHING for PMS. My
sister would sit on the couch bingeing on
cookie dough with her pants unzipped
complaining about cramps and I thought I
was the luckiest girl alive for not having
any problems at all--until I turned 18...
Then I joined my sister on the couch with
my own bowl.
If you're young then your period will be
irregular for awhile.
Otherwise anything from stress to a change
in eating habits can screw with your
cycle. Birth control can help regulate
things.

I just turned 17 and my whole family hates
how fortunate i am.
Even my lil sister can be caught rolling
on the floor from her cramps..
Haha now that you mention it
my boyfriend just went back over to
afghanistan
and i refuse to eat vegetables
but i have been working out to relieve the
stress
will it for sure change sooner or later
cause my mom always thinks for the worst.

you should see if you are anemic. my
friend is so she rarely got her period.
also if you are underweight it could cause
problems.

I've never had period pains or anything
like that before. I used to go through
phases where my period would be late, but
I put it down to stress.
You can always talk to a nurse or doctor
and see why you miss periods.
