I'm on the patch. After being off for almost a full week, i FINALLY started my period. I don't know whether i'm supposed to keep to my schedule of one week off, three weeks on, or if i should let my body have my period and then start back up again. I don't know if it's stress or hormones or what it is that is making my period delay so much, but i don't know what to do....any help!!??

You need to make sure to NOT go for more than one week off. You must put on a fresh patch; it doesn't matter if you're still bleeding.

Whether or NOT you have a period, you need to start the next patch ON SCHEDULE.

If you do not, THEN you are at an increased risk of pregnancy.
