Of dating after having a baby?
Bella's daddy was a psycho abusive health questions.
I've posted about it in the dating forums before, but yea, I'm over him, ever since I had Isabella I've kept myself completely away from him.
Well , when I was 16 I dated this guy for almost 2 years... he lived at my house for a year my family loved him I loved him , but things didn't work out... he wanted to settle down and I was still wild ... I liked to party and do crazy bad things... thus how I met SHane my ex.
well we've ALWAYS remained friends... it was bitter right after , but then My mom got really sick , they found a tumour in her heart and she had an immediate open heart surgery to remove it, it was a very hard time for me , and he was there...
well we've been seeing a lot of eachother lately, we hang out all the time and bella adores him and he is amazing with her.
I'm not out to find bella a dad. her dad is who he is , and even though the jerk will never get his damn hands on her, I'm not about to have some guy play daddy to her... but i think he would definately be a very positive male influence on her.
i have feelings for this guy , and he treats me absolutely amazing, but im just scared of what people would think ... i dont want to look trashy or like im looking for a new "baby daddy" Rolling Eyes
He makes me happy... but is it too soon?

it's never too soon. My fiancee's son's (9) biological mother (Jane) hasn't done ANYTHING to take care of him. His "Mom" (Laura) lived with them when he was about a month old. Then things turned bad and Jane ended up leaving and hasn't seen him for at least 5 years now. Laura ended up being his "Mom" because she was always around and was just amazing to both of them. Sadly she died almost 5 years ago and he still talks about her. But he's taken a pretty good likening to me, and I do kinda feel like a mom to him, only because I'm with his dad.

But as for your situation, you're not looking for a 'new baby daddy', you are looking for a man that will treat you right and hopefully he'll be a good 'dad' figure.

Good luck with your new baby and your fine man search.

Your not with the baby's donor, and you certainly do deserve to be happy. If he's good to you and good to Bella you should go for it

Who cares what people think. You need to live your life and ensure you are happy and your daughter is safe.
