I have been with my boyfriend for just over 8 yr’s now, we want to get married, BUT…. He was and is still married to someone else, we do not know where to start to get him divorced from this other person who indecently is now over seas and we do not know where she is….

I don't know what the laws are in NSW, so I don't know how much help I can be to you. You'll have to find an attorney to advise you on what course of action you should take.

Is this having a negatie effect on your relationship? If not, I'll have to ask why you've posted this in the depression forum.
