Hi there. Yes I've taken this aswell as the Extended Release formula Clarocet make. Mainly took to control a nerve rash I get through anxiety. The last time I took it the rash still appeared but not as much. Even though the anxiety was helped, I did feel quite dizzy & spaced out on these.

I've tried many non prescribed herbs & all I can say that worked better was GABA.

I'm not sure if you get a blotchy red nerve rash on your neck/chest when your anxious (I do). So maybe if your just experiencing anxiety without the rash, it may be ok for you as the calming effect was definately there. The only thing that has been my life saver with the rash is beta blockers.
