I need to loose about 100 pouns to be at my "average" weight and to make myself more healthy. I know I can do it and it will be hard - but I am having the hardest time finding the motivation...any suggestions?
I have lost 119lbs. I eat the chocolaterave protein bars for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I have a frozen dinner either south beach or amy's organics. In between when I get hungry, I eat the chocolaterave nuggets, a piece of fruit, a veggie, or string cheese and nuts.
I've been eating this way for a long time.
My doctor thought I had a stomach staple, but I've done it all on my own.

I started with some acupuncture to my ear for weight loss, but when it didn't work as much as before, my nurse friend told me about these protein bars. I swear they fill you up. One of them has only 150 calories, like having a couple of eggs, vitamins, and 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies in orac value. You don't crave sweets or carbs if you eat them before a meal. That's the trick. I also walk everyday the sun is shining.
I'm trying to lose some more weight to! I changed bc and started dropping some. I've lost about 25 lbs in the past year. But since I've been watching what I eat and the portions I've been losing faster! I also have been working out with my Tae Bo that I got for Christmas! I'm excited to get down to my goal weight! I have 24-30 lbs to go!!!
Last July I began portion control & monitoring calories. I've lost 52# & have 100# to go. A nutritionist gave me this plan. I eat whatever I want so I don't feel deprived. I don't obsess over food & haven't binged. I haven't exercised for a few months but plan to as soon as I feel better.
One time I lost 60#. Then I hit the wall because all I could think of was there was a long way to go. My attitude is good so far but on the inside I'm afraid of failing.
