Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has experience weightgain with Zoloft.Thank-you

Hi,
i have heard that zoloft does make some people gain weight but that hasn't happened to me and I am currently on 350mg a day. If anything the weight gain should be fairly subtle and you won't wake up one morning and weigh 100lbs more than you did the night before!

Hi tanya,
thank-you for replying to my post,it must be that i'm just eating way to much lol...It's not that i'm eating to much actually,it's just that everything I like is fattening...My favorite food is cheese,so I guess that would do it lol.I see that you a fellow canadian..Toronto how lovely,i live in vancouver bc.Have you ever been to bc?I've never been outside bc,but one day I plan on going across canada.Thanks again tanya(((hugs diana)))have a great day:)

i think cheese is wonderful! Lol I have never been to bc although I do have family there, but have never gone to visit... Embarassed

i'm just curious, but are you gaining alot of weight? I "heard" that zoloft sometimes aids in retaining fat but my doctor says none of this is true. Very confusing especially when I head so many different stories!!!
How many mg's are you on?
