Hi, I came to this site in hopes of getting some answers...
Here's my story, I've basically had a headache everyday since 2005. It ranges from moderate to excruciating (right now it's pretty bad) depending on nothing but the date alone. But the thing is, I'm unable to perform strenuous acts of physical activity. Walking is fine, but if I were to jog or run, I would most likely develop a migraine or even pass out as I have before. Even when my headache is virtually unnoticeable, I cannot move my head quickly or lean over without it absolutely pounding and feeling dizzy/lightheaded.
I've been to doctors and neurologists and even had an MRI once which proved negative to anything too serious (or it being picked up by the MRI at least.).
I'm seventeen years old and frankly quite freaked out. I want to be able to run and get myself in shape, I want to play beach flags again, I want to listen to music so loud the neighbors call the cops, I want to be able to stand up quickly from sitting down without feeling like I'm going to faint!
If you have any clue as to what could possibly be causing this, please by all means let me know! Thank you -Emily

Are you hydrated? Are you drinking 1.5 litres of water per day?

I don't know if it's exactly 1.5 liters but I go through a lot of water bottles a day. The doctors never said anything about hydration being a factor though so I don't know Confused

Truth is, doctors DON'T KNOW what causes headaches. They only have theories. I wonder if you watch your intake of fluids and track it --- what data you'd come up with. ??? Is de-hydration related to headache occurrence? You can test it!

I've Suffered Tremendoudly From Daily Recurring Headaches 5 Yrs
After spending thousands on doctors, hospitalization and prescribed medications; I only recently found a product (quite by accident) that keeps my head pain at bay. The product has a hokey (unprofessional) name, but it DOES work for me...and I've been waiting 5 years to find it! Go to Amazon.com and do a search on Sinus Buster. Look for the formula containing Feverfew. It's a nasal spray. For me it's an answer to my prayers. No, I don't own the compnay and I have no stock in it. I just want to share the news. Maybe it can help you as well. God bless.
