I'm new here, please anybody help me.
Anyway, my period is always late and sometimes early i dunno if i can call it irregular but i know every month i got my period.
Me and my boyfriend are very active of having sex using withdrawal method coz we're not ready yet for having baby coz of our responsibilities. From our last sex is last April of this year suddenly we have COOL OFF for how many months up to this month Nov. we decide to end The "cool off" this month and back to normal we're having sex 1st 1st week of this month still using the withdrawal method. I should have my period on the 9th of Nov. but it's already 19th of the month but still my period not here yet. What should i do to know if I am pregnant? I ask my BF if he pulled out his penis on time, then he said he's pretty sure it took out on time but I'm still worry on it even though i know that my period is not same date and always late.. What should i do? What are the signs of 10 days pregnant?

The pull out method doesn't work. The only thing that can pretty much guarantee you won't get pregnant, aside from abstinence, if birth control. And even then, double up. Pill AND condom.

Wait another week and take a test.

And there ARE no signs of "ten days pregnant". You don't start getting the typical pregnancy symptoms until the 2nd or 3rd month, if you even get them.

I'm just bit scared and make me stressed coz until now im still waiting my period last month of September is 29 and my last period of October is 9th see the diffrence? and we have sex with myBF last October 29 and should be my period will come this week im worry now why my period still not here.. i really dunnoo..

You could, but chances are it'd come up negative because you're not very far along if you are pregnant. Give it another week at least to be sure.

Can i take Pregnancy Test now? even though it's just for a week ago?
Im double think now coz i am thinking also if im just stressed that's why my period is not here yet. Me and my BF always doing that even before we never use another method except withdrawal, everytime we're having sex we're using that method and im not that scared also because my period is always late like 10 days- 20 days, i really really dunno!! .. i have no idea on this thing..

There is nothing to force your period, and it's too late to take a Plan B pill. There's nothing you can do but wait.

Try reading up on sex as well, honestly. You don't seem to be very educated on what will and will not prevent pregnancy, and it will save you from scared like this in the future.

You obviously don't know anything about sex and pregnancy prevention, or the menstrual cycle.

It does not matter. if you have missied your period already then you can take a test and it will be accurate.
