Last Thursday and Friday I went to the doctors/ medical centre and the doctor I seen on the Friday took my blood pressure and weighed me ( I am so scared) when the doctor on Friday told me my blood pressure was 195 over 130 … and he weighed me and I was 122 ( over weight)…I am so scared I find it hard to exercise as I have a bad back ( budging disk) and I am ashamed about my weight but have not really worried about it as my boyfriend of 8 years love me for who I am. Usually a happy person. ( Crying or Very sad ) I do not know what to do were to start so as I can help myself... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Did you have a migraine at the time the doctor took your blood pressure? When your body is in stress and/or pain your blood pressure is always up. Even when I walk into the doctors office it already seems to just go up a little but when I am relaxed, not having a headache and take my blood pressure at the local walmart it is always fine.

Try taking it at your local store when you are feeling "normal" Smile

Good luck!
