How long do you have to wait to have sex
on Levaquin while taking Sprintec birth
control. Are you okay once you are done
with the pill?

If it is a drug that interferes with your
birth control then you should give it a
whole week from the last day you took it
to clear out of your system.

My doctor had said it would only effect me
during the the days i was taking levaquin!

Well then trust your doctor! If you knew
the answer then why post?
My answer was the safe, educated guess. I
do not know what Levaquin is or how it
interacts; for most medications a one week
wait is the maximum that is needed. If
your doctor said you'd be fine a day
later, then believe them. Or use a condom
for a few days. Either choice is yours...

Zithromax is the only antibiotic you shoud
wait a week after taking the last pill.
All other antibiotics should not make a
difference with you bc 24 hours of taking
the last pill. I would make sure to wait
24 hours of the last pill to make sure it
is out of your system. Hope this helps!
