Dear Doctor
I am having severe upper left back pain. Could it be my lungs? I have had no injury at all. It is only better when I lie on my back on the bed. Maybe the warmth of the bed? I do smoke, could it be anything because of that? The pain has been now for 2 weeks. It is just under my brastrap, sort of in the upper left hand back side.
