So I have this what looks to be a weird wrinkle fold on the bottom part of my penis' shaft. It goes from near the start of my shaft until near the end of the shaft. I also have the white dots on the penis and scrotum (That I've read to be perfectly normal). But near the wrinkle they look red. I'm 15 and I don't want to tell my parents. I just want to know if this is bad or if it's no problem. Also, it doesn't look very good, so I'm wondering if this will go away and if theres a way to make it go away? I would kinda like to get a date sometime...
