I have had a swollen lump on the very tip of my penis for about 3 months now.It hurts only when really pressed and is squidgy so not really a lump, it just looks like some inflamed skin.I recently strated rubbing some anti spetic cream onto it and it seems to have become really small and gone down a bit.I have alos been rubing it gentally with a damp cloth.

Does anybody know the reason for this lump and are these signs of it getting better.


Any help would be great.
