Does Salba Work Or Make It Worse? Posted: 11-17-07 03:47am
I'v heard of Salba. Chia..Does anyone know
if this helps hypoglycemia or causes? Any
opinions from anyone that has tried it or
knows anything about it would help a lot.

It is like the chia pets...it is the chia.
Apparently there is alot of talk about it

It is suppose to release a steadier pace
of insulin. It was on msn's opening page
the day before yesterday. I guess it's a
grain?

Hmm, I've never heard of it really other
than when you said chia. If you sprout it
like that, it should be fine, not sure
about it as a grain, they seem pretty
inedible that way anyway.
